Alana and Alyssa

Alana De La Garza has established herself as a household name on TV. De La Garza is a stunning actress born in 1977 in Columbus Ohio to a Mexican American father and an Irish American mother. She moved to Texas for the purpose of pursuing a career as an Occupational Therapist at the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't stay long in Texas prior to moving to Orlando, Florida. In Orlando, she played various roles ranging including local independent films and global commercials. The small parts didn't stop her from discovering that she was a fan of acting. When she moved into New York, in 2001 she got her first part as a performer in the show All My Children. In the beginning of 2000, she acted tiny roles in JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. Her first big series role was in the 2004 short-lived series The Mountain. She was Maria Serrano and De La Garza had the privilege to share the screen with some famous TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. In 2006, she was cast as A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared in 85 episodes. In the course of a limited run, her character migrated over to Law & Order: LA. De La Garza's character received several nominations, including Best Supporting Actress for Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. She has also been awarded ALMA Award nods. In 2008, De La Garza was awarded the Impact Award at National Hispanic Media Coalition's Outstanding Performance Award in a Dramatic Television Series. Just a few minutes later, De La Garza was cast in CSI Miami in a recurring part. She played Marisol Deko and was also the wife to David Caruso's character Horatio. She played her character, Dr. Lena Solis in NBC's dramatic dark series Do No Harm. After two short episodes the show was canceled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She is of Italian heritage and has a younger brother Cory who is about 10 years younger than her. She was brought up in the strict, religious home of her family. Milano was able to begin her acting professional career when she was just seven years old. Her babysitter took her along to a stage audition. Her audition was in the top 1,000 applicants. Her audition was considered one of only four girls. Milano was featured in TV commercials and on off-Broadway plays, among them the first American musical version of Jane Eyre.
